Achieve Your Ideal Schedule at Bay State Physical Therapy

Scheduling Flexibility

We know that balance is an important part of your life. You pour your heart into taking care of your patients, and YOU deserve the chance to have a manageable work/life balance.

When you join Bay State Physical Therapy, you’ll have an opportunity to create your ideal work schedule – this is an important part of our clinic culture! This includes flexibility in the number of hours you work per day (four, 10-hour days or five, 8-hour days) along with your preferred days of the week. You will not be required to see patients on Saturdays, unless you would like the opportunity for additional pay.

Most importantly, you will have a manageable and sustainable number of patients to see per day. As a new grad, you will have gradual caseload ramp-up, ensuring you are establishing a solid clinical foundation and getting the support you need as a new provider.
