Meet Our Talent Acquisition Team
Jim Burns, VP, Talent Acquisition
Jim is a veteran healthcare leader with deep expertise in recruiting and operations, spanning across various healthcare verticals. Known for building high-performing recruitment teams, he focuses on human connection and clearly articulating employer branding. Jim specializes in optimizing candidate experiences by modernizing workflow processes and implementing advanced applicant tracking systems. Additionally, his M&A background spans both pre- and post-merger integration.
Jim is a graduate of Merrimack College, where he earned his degree in accounting. Jim resides on the north shore where he and his wife share their home with their dog, Stanley. Jim’s three sons are in various stages of their own career growth in professional baseball, environmental science and finance, respectively. Outside of work, he is a fitness enthusiast, avid baseball fan, and dedicated extrovert.
