We offer structured onboarding, mentorship, a structured career path, and outcomes-tracking visibility into our EMR, plus ongoing continuing education. These programs work together to help team members provide the best possible care to patients while achieving growth in their own careers.

12-Week Onboarding

IT, compliance, EMR, clinical care, scheduling, patient experience.
Gradual caseload ramp-up over 60 days.

1:1 Mentorship Program

Dedicated mentor, weekly sessions during work hours. Structured 6 months to 2 years, tailored to you.

Orthopedic Specialty Series and Advanced Continuing Education

Five-module didactic and lab-based CE. Prepares you for OCS. Plus dry needling, BFR, manual therapy. $500 CE stipend. Full access to Advanced Continuing education program with associated salary Increases.

Continuous improvement through data

Clear milestones, transparent objectives. Promotion within 6 months. Clinical specialist and leadership tracks with an opportunity to be a Partner in the clinic that you lead.

Continuing education is a key component of how we support our team and help our physical therapists build clinical skills. Programs like the Orthopedic Specialty Series (OSS) provide a unique foundation to enhance your clinical skills, broaden your expertise, and improve patient outcomes – while our Advanced Clinical Pathways provide the opportunity to choose a specialty track. Choosing a specialty track comes after completing the OSS and includes pathways in advanced orthopedics, pelvic health, and vestibular & concussion.
